About the Role

Optime Hire is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Freelancer Telecallers to support our recruitment and client coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in phone calling, and the ability to manage conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates for job openings and collect required details.

• Explain job roles, company details, and hiring processes clearly.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates until closure.

• Maintain call records, update candidate status, and share daily reports.

• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers for interview updates.

• Build a strong relationship with potential candidates through regular follow-ups.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate/12th pass can apply.

• Excellent communication skills in English/Hindi (regional languages optional).

• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets).

• Comfortable making 60–100+ calls per day.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support, or recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).

• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
