Job Title: AGM Maintenence– Hydraulic Press Shop

Location: Sonipat, Haryana
Experience: 20 to 28 Years
Salary: Up to ₹35 LPA
Industry: Automotive / Heavy Engineering / Sheet Metal / Forging

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete operations of the Hydraulic Press Shop, including manpower, machinery, production planning, and maintenance.

• Oversee the operation of high-tonnage hydraulic presses (ranging from 100T to 1200T).

• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety targets are consistently met or exceeded.

• Collaborate with tool room, quality, and production planning teams for seamless process integration.

• Monitor and control production KPIs: OEE, rejection rates, downtime analysis, and cost optimization.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and lean manufacturing.

• Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic systems and presses.

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators for skill enhancement and performance improvement.

• Coordinate with design and R&D teams for development of new press tools and dies.

• Ensure full compliance with ISO/TS standards and customer-specific requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.

• Proven experience in handling hydraulic presses in a high-volume manufacturing setup.

• Strong knowledge of die setting, press tool operations, and hydraulic systems.

• Should have worked in an automotive or sheet metal industry with global OEMs or Tier-1 clients.

• Sound understanding of safety protocols, quality systems, and lean methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
