Civil Engineer - PEB(BMC Job 396)

Job Details

• Ensure proper planning and scheduling of ongoing/ upcoming site activities.
• Ensure Organising and proper utilization of different resources including men/ materials used during construction.
• Monitoring and supervision the project progress, ensure quality, and safety of men/material during project execution.
• Supervising civil /PEB work is as per drawing/methodology/specifications and as per conditions of the contract.
• Ensure the quality management system and safe working conditions during the execution.
• Preparation of proper documents regarding project as progress documents ,quality documents ,safety documents and measurements documents etc.
• Preparation of civil BOM ,Rate analysis, BOQ, site billing & its checking, material indent, reconciliation etc.
• Ensure the cost optimization and wastage control during the project execution.
• Knowledge of fit -out work, interior work, civil work, RCC work and PEB work in industrial/commercial projects.
• Knowledge of PEB erection in industrial plant and warehouses etc.
• Knowledge of auto cad, MS excel , MS office .
• Knowledge of  services and external development works .
