Job Description

State Head – Home & Kitchen Appliances
Location: Mumbai
 

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven State Head to oversee and manage the primary and secondary sales operations for our home and kitchen appliances in Mumbai and the surrounding regions. The State Head will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing channel partners, and ensuring strong business growth in the region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a regional management role in the home/kitchen appliances industry.
  • Proven track record of managing primary and secondary sales and achieving sales targets in FMCG or consumer durables.
  • Strong knowledge of the Eastern India market, especially in Mumbai and neighboring regions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple channel partners and distributors effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in distribution and channel management in consumer durables or home appliances.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools.
