Job Description

OEM Marketing Manager
Location: Bhiwadi
Experience: 7–10 Years
Salary: ₹12 LPA

Industry: Automotive / Auto Components
Department: Marketing & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow business with OEM clients.

  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with customer needs and market trends.

  • Handle RFQs, costing, price negotiations, and customer communication.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project execution.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and customer feedback reviews.

  • Participate in technical discussions and commercial meetings with OEMs.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in OEM Marketing in the automotive sector.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Good understanding of auto components and OEM working style.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile) or equivalent.

  • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
