-
Prepare and send quotations to customers in coordination with the sales team
-
Follow up with clients and internal team members on quotations, orders, and deliveries
-
Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales documents
-
Coordinate order processing and ensure timely dispatch/invoicing
-
Monitor pending quotations and follow-up regularly to convert into orders
-
Assist in generating sales reports and maintaining MIS
-
Provide administrative support to the sales team
-
Handle basic correspondence (email, phone) with clients and suppliers
Candidate Requirements:
-
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
-
1–3 years of experience in sales support or office executive roles
-
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
-
Good communication and coordination skills
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-
Familiarity with quotation and order management processes is a plus
