3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in banking or financial services environments
Strong understanding of business process modelling, requirements gathering, and documentation
Proven experience in translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
Proficient in writing and reviewing SQL queries for data validation and analysis
Experience working with AWS data services such as Redshift, Glue, S3, Athena, and Lambda
Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data lakes, and cloud-based data warehousing solutions
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, developers, and business stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently or in a team

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
Support data mapping, transformation logic, and validation for AWS-based ETL processes
Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for system changes
Assist in the design and validation of data models and reporting outputs
Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and compliance standards
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding
