Process Engineer (Hea Job/ 329)

1. Process / Manufacturing Engineer – Aerospace Precision Manufacturing ( No of Positions – 2 )

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma / B E – Mechanical with 8-12 years’ experience in  Precision  Manufacturing industry for NPI/ FA Prove out. 
• Manufacturing  Plan/PFMEA  preparation  experience for CNC Machining – Turning/Turn Mill/VMC- 3, 4 & 5 axis and Multitasking .
• Hands-on shop floor NPI/FA co-ordination experience across CNC machining, surface treatment, heat treatment & welding.
• Expertise in fixture design, GD&T, drawing reading & tool selection for nickel/steel alloys.
• Strong analytical skills in CMM report interpretation  & root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D tools (Unigraphics / VISI / AutoCAD )
• Exposure to international aerospace standards is a plus.
