We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President of Recruitment to lead our US Staffing and Talent Acquisition efforts across both Statement of Work (SOW) and traditional staffing business lines. This leadership role is pivotal in driving scalable recruitment operations, spearheading change initiatives, and leveraging technology—including AI—to transform and modernize our talent acquisition function.
This is an onsite role based in Bangalore, requiring deep experience in managing large recruitment teams, optimizing operational efficiencies, and delivering high-quality talent to a diverse U.S. client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale full-cycle recruitment operations for US-based clients across staffing and SOW engagements.
- Manage large, distributed recruitment teams with a focus on performance, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Drive and execute large-scale change management initiatives to enhance operational agility, delivery capabilities, and organizational alignment.
- Infuse AI and recruitment automation tools to improve sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiencies.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and client expectations.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with business leaders, sales teams, and client stakeholders to forecast and fulfill hiring needs.
- Establish and track KPIs, analytics, and reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decisions and continuous process optimization.
- Maintain compliance with US labor laws and client-specific hiring protocols.
- Mentor recruitment leaders and teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in US recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong background in IT and engineering recruitment for the US market.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale recruitment operations, including building and managing high-performing teams across geographies.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing creative sourcing strategies to expand and diversify the talent pool, especially in niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Deep understanding of supporting and scaling SOW-based recruitment delivery models for enterprise clients.
- Proven success in managing complex delivery pipelines in a fast-paced, high-growth staffing environment.
- Strong expertise in change management and leading operational transformation across recruitment functions.
- Experience in deploying AI, automation, and analytics to improve recruitment efficiencies and outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of US labor regulations, hiring practices, and client-specific compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM systems, and modern recruitment tech stacks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Background in working with US-based consulting or staffing firms.
