Roles and Responsibility

Design of following Mechanical sub-systems:

• Precession Machined Aluminum Chamber bodies (Load Locks, Transfer Chambers, Via Chamber Body and Chamber ports)
• Sheet metal Enclosures Design & electromechanical packaging (AC Box Packaging, Electronics Enclosure packaging, Controls Packaging)
• Structural Frame weldments for Mainframe & EFEM
• Vacuum & Venting system Design (selection of Valves, Vacuum seals & gages, Gas line weldment design)
• Mechanical packaging of Electronics & Controls of Semiconductor processing equipment

• Our Ideal Candidate

  Mechanical engineers who have worked in the following areas:

• Machine Design
• Medical Equipment Domains.  

• Qualifications

  Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical Engg.)  / ME/ M.Tech with any Mechanical Engg related specialization.

  Experience: 6 to 8 years of Experience in Design and experienced in New Product Development process.

  Additional Qualifications:

  Requires strong skills in the following areas:

• Problem solving
• Change management
• Good Communication skills to work with US counterparts
• Application Knowledge of GD&T and Root cause analysis.

• UG /NX and Team center.
