- Proven experience in driving development projects with strong project management skills
- Should have strong problem solving techniques and able to drive contract manufacturers \ Vendors, ensuring Ontime development without compromising on quality
- Should be able to work in a dynamic situation and find the solutions depending upon the business need
- Serve as the primary contact to suppliers and support suppliers in getting the technical queries clarified in coordination with respective team
- Should be able to drive supplier assessments\ audits and identify the risks and take necessary measures
- Should be able to communicate with cross functional teams located in different regions
- Experience in metal machining products\ components manufacturing is must
- Should be able to interpret & read the drawings and basic Understanding of different manufacturing processes & inspection methods as well as FAI documentation.
