🚀 Role Overview: General Manager of the City

We are seeking an Associate Director to act as the City Head, carrying full ownership of the city’s P&L and growth trajectory. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, as you will be expected to influence and lead outcomes across Marketing, Sales, Product, Tech, and HR functions within your city. Your ultimate goal is delivering sustainable growth, strong operational execution, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

I. P&L and Revenue Ownership

  • City P&L: Own the city’s complete P&L and monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Strategy & Execution: Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to aggressively scale business growth and market penetration.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive on-ground execution excellence across all processes, ensuring high conversion efficiency.

II. Sales Leadership & Management

  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a large-scale B2C sales team of 20–30 members (or larger) to ensure maximum productivity and consistent target achievement.

  • Performance Culture: Instill and maintain a high-performance, results-oriented culture across the team.

III. Customer Success & Retention

  • Customer Advocacy: Stay in continuous touch with customers (parents/students) to assess needs, proactively resolve issues, and gather feedback.

  • Retention Focus: Implement processes to significantly improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.


✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years of total sales experience.

  • Leadership Experience: At least 2 years in a leadership role managing substantial teams.

  • Team Size Mandate: Prior experience successfully leading large-scale B2C sales teams of 20–30 members is essential.

  • Education: Must be a graduate (Bachelor's degree).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and experience with data analytics (Excel/SQL) is highly preferred.
