4. Pipeline Management

Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline using CRM tools; ensure disciplined follow-ups.

5. Target Achievement

Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets for premium programs (₹1.5–2L) while maintaining customer delight.


🔍 Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Exceptional English communication skills (Verbal & Written – Level 5.5)

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech preferred but not mandatory)

  • Strong passion for sales, targets, and performance-driven roles

  • Willingness to work from the office in Gurugram

  • High confidence, consultative mindset, and a problem-solving attitude

  • Experience selling MBA/PGP/high-ticket courses (₹1.5L+)
