Role Overview: Volume Recruitment Specialist
This is an execution-heavy, full-time Work From Office role dedicated to meeting aggressive headcount targets. You will manage the full, fast-paced recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high candidate quality for our high-volume frontline teams.
Key Responsibilities

Bulk Recruitment Execution: Drive high-volume hiring for critical B2C frontline roles, primarily Telesales and Customer Support Representatives (CSR).

Domestic & International Mandate: Execute bulk hiring mandates for both domestic and international telesales and customer support processes.

Sourcing & Pipeline: Build and manage high-volume pipelines using all effective bulk sourcing channels (job portals, internal databases, walk-ins, and referrals).

Screening & Quality: Conduct rigorous screening and filtering to ensure candidates meet the high standards for communication, stability, and target orientation required for a premium B2C environment.

Interview Management: Coordinate and manage the strict 4 mandatory interview rounds efficiently, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and meeting timely closure targets.

Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly reports on sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and joining projections.
Mandatory Candidate Profile & Logistics

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory in Bulk/Volume Hiring specifically for Telesales roles or Customer Support Representative (CSR) roles.

Education: Graduate in any discipline.
