Karyarth is seeking a dedicated Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join the HR team of a Leading Consumer Tech/Relationship Platform in Mumbai. This critical role is focused on driving aggressive growth targets for both domestic and international frontline processes.

Industry Segment: Leading B2C Consumer Tech / Relationship Platform
Experience (Min): Minimum 2 Years in Bulk/Volume Hiring (Telesales/CSR)
Compensation (Max): Upto ₹40,000 per month
Locations: Andheri E (Male Only) & Thane (Male/Female)
Work Schedule: 6 Days a week (Work From Office)
Hiring Focus: Domestic & International Telesales/Customer Support

Role Overview: Volume Recruitment Specialist

This is an execution-heavy, full-time Work From Office role dedicated to meeting aggressive headcount targets. You will manage the full, fast-paced recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high candidate quality for our high-volume frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bulk Recruitment Execution: Drive high-volume hiring for critical B2C frontline roles, primarily Telesales and Customer Support Representatives (CSR).

  • Domestic & International Mandate: Execute bulk hiring mandates for both domestic and international telesales and customer support processes.

  • Sourcing & Pipeline: Build and manage high-volume pipelines using all effective bulk sourcing channels (job portals, internal databases, walk-ins, and referrals).

  • Screening & Quality: Conduct rigorous screening and filtering to ensure candidates meet the high standards for communication, stability, and target orientation required for a premium B2C environment.

  • Interview Management: Coordinate and manage the strict 4 mandatory interview rounds efficiently, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and meeting timely closure targets.

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly reports on sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and joining projections.


Mandatory Candidate Profile & Logistics

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory in Bulk/Volume Hiring specifically for Telesales roles or Customer Support Representative (CSR) roles.

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.

  • Location Specifics:

    • Andheri E, Mumbai: MALE CANDIDATES ONLY

    • Thane, Mumbai: Male/Female Candidates accepted.

  • Work Schedule: Must be able to work 6 days a week (Work From Office).
