Online Business Manager – Healthcare Operations (Kar Job 224)

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Serve as the backbone of daily operations for managing complex calendars, email inboxes, and administrative workflows with precision.
• Healthcare Administration: Manage patient-facing tasks including intake, scheduling, prior authorizations, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Revenue Cycle & Compliance: Support medical billing operations, including claims coordination and denial tracking. Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and data confidentiality.
• Systems & Reporting: Build and maintain high-performance SOPs, trackers, and operational dashboards. Ensure accuracy across EHR/PMS platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth).
• Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between providers, offshore teams, and leadership. Assist founders with project management and executive coordination.
• Process Ownership: Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize workflow efficiency 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare operations, medical billing, or executive assistance within the healthcare sector.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of US healthcare workflows, insurance processes, and HIPAA regulations.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in EHR/PMS tools (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, etc.) and advanced Google Workspace/Excel skills.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills with the professional confidence to handle client/patient-facing interactions.
• Mindset: A proactive, "ownership-first" professional who values accountability, responsiveness, and long-term career growth.

Technical Prerequisites

• Connectivity: Stable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
• Hardware: Laptop with at least 8GB RAM, high-quality webcam, and headset.
• Environment: A dedicated, quiet, and professional workspace suitable for handling confidential healthcare data.

Compensation & Growth

• Probation: 78,000 INR per month.
• Post-Probation: 1,00,00-102000 INR per month.
