Role Overview
You will serve as the General Manager of your region, accountable for achieving ambitious sales targets, managing a team of field executives and account managers, and driving customer success in your region. This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role requiring strong leadership to penetrate the B2B SME market in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
I. Leadership & People Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives and account managers.

Drive team productivity and ensure rigorous adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).

Own the talent pipeline for the region, handling hiring, continuous training, and performance reviews.
II. Business Development & Sales Ownership

Own all regional sales targets and drive market penetration strategies for B2B solutions.

Implement strategies to grow the client base of SMEs, manufacturers, and wholesalers in your region.

Build strong long-term relationships with key SME clients.

Drive upsell, cross-sell, and client retention initiatives.
III. Operations & Market Insights

Oversee and streamline day-to-day field operations.

Resolve high-priority customer issues promptly to safeguard customer satisfaction.

Present data-driven insights and report performance directly to the leadership team.
Required Qualifications

Minimum Experience: Minimum 8 years of sales experience is required.

Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years leading sales teams is mandatory.

Industry: Strong experience in B2B/SaaS/Industrial Trade is highly preferred.
