About the Opportunity

As we aggressively expand our presence through a dedicated Field Sales team, we need a specialist to equip them with the product knowledge, sales skills, and confidence needed to drive maximum conversion and growth.

Role Overview: Sales Enablement Architect

This is a senior, dedicated role requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience focused exclusively on core Sales Training. You must have expertise in training sales individuals, specifically those involved in field sales within the education technology sector.

Critical Note: We are strictly looking for individuals whose primary role is Sales Trainer. Those whose experience is primarily as a Sales Manager/Team Leader with training responsibilities will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Design & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training modules covering product knowledge, consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and field etiquette specific to the EdTech sector.

  • Field Sales Coaching: Create scenarios and training programs specifically tailored for our field sales executives, focusing on in-person demos, parent interactions, and school activation strategies.

  • Onboarding: Own the end-to-end sales induction program for all new Field Sales Executives, ensuring rapid time-to-productivity.

  • Skill Gap Analysis: Continuously assess the skills and knowledge gaps within the existing sales force and deploy targeted, remedial training sessions.

  • Content Development: Create and update engaging training content, pitch scripts, sales playbooks, and resource materials.

  • Performance Monitoring: Work closely with Sales Management to track the post-training performance of executives (e.g., conversion rates, talk tracks) and iterate training methods accordingly.


Mandatory Requirements & Must-Haves

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience working specifically as a Core Sales Trainer.

  • Industry: Mandatory prior experience working in the EdTech industry.

  • Role Focus: Must have experience training sales roles, preferably field sales personnel.

  • Location: Willingness to work Work From Office in Bangalore.

  • Availability: Immediate joining capability is required (Superfast Priority).
