Client Segment: Leading SEBI-Regulated Equity Advisory Firm (BFSI)
Locations: Mumbai (Lower Parel) / Bangalore
Compensation (CTC): Upto ₹6 LPA + Incentives
Experience (Min/Max): Minimum 0.6 years to Maximum 3 years in Sales
Mandatory Industry: BFSI / Financial Advisory / Finance / Marketing Sector
Mandatory Languages: English, Hindi, and any one Regional Language

Role Overview: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

This is a proactive, target-driven Inside Sales role focused on lead qualification, client engagement, and conversion within the equity advisory sector. You will be the primary point of contact for potential customers, guiding them toward the company’s non-discretionary equity research products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification & Prospecting: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and pain points. Conduct outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up via phone, email, and digital channels.

  • Product Presentation: Present equity advisory products and services clearly and persuasively to potential customers, demonstrating value.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.

  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Mandatory Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Experience: At least 6 months working within a Financial Advisory environment, preferably in a proactive role.

  • Maximum Experience: Maximum 3 years experience in Sales.

  • Education: Graduate (Mandatory).

  • Industry: Experience in a proactive role within the BFSI / Finance / Marketing sector is required. Knowledge of Equities Market is a significant advantage.

  • Language Fluency (Mandatory): Fluency in English, Hindi, and any one regional language is essential for multi-market client engagement.

  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a high degree of accuracy.

  • Work Ethic: Willing and able to work extra hours on occasions to complete tasks.
