We are seeking an experienced Lead GenAI Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. This role requires strong expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI solution architecture, along with proven leadership to mentor teams and deliver scalable AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and integration of Generative AI solutions.
Drive prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment workflows.
Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best engineering practices.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to shape AI solution roadmaps.
Own performance benchmarking, scalability, and reusability across AI solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest GenAI advancements, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation.

Requirements:

Proven expertise in developing GenAI / LLM-based applications.
Strong hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, prompt tuning, and vector databases.
Proficiency in MLOps practices, API integrations, and observability/monitoring tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and successfully deliver complex AI projects.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
