Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and skilled Senior Recruitment Executives to join our growing HR team. The Senior Recruitment Executive will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, contributing directly to the growth and success of MicroMitti.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for multiple roles across the organization.
  • Sourcing: Identify and engage top talent using job portals, networking sites, and industry connections.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for tracking and analysis.
  • Compliance: Ensure all hiring processes are compliant with labor laws and company policies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Time to Hire: Achieve efficient hiring timelines across all roles.
  • Quality of Hire: Ensure a high success rate in long-term candidate retention and performance.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain positive feedback and experiences from candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer Acceptance Rate: Improve offer acceptance ratios through effective communication and alignment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI, PropTech, or Real Estate sectors.
  • Proven track record of successful placements across multiple levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of hiring compliance and best practices.
