Job Title - SENIOR ASSOCIATE - IT OPS SERVICES

Roles and Responsibilities for Newrelic SME: •

• Tools expert with experience in implementing and maintaining New Relic tool, understanding, and onboarding resources, and helping in migrating to the cloud with in-depth knowledge in Selenium Scripts for writing Synthetic Scripted browser. •
• Experience Level - 3 years to 7 years of Experience in implementing and Administering of New Relic. •
• Working during early India Hours(06:30am to 15:30 hrs) to support and provide coverage during Australia Business hours. • 
• Available to support during P1/P2 issues during business and outside business hours. •
• Mandate: We need to focus more on New Relic Implementation knowledge and Selenium JavaScript or Selenium Python candidates who can write simple Job scripts. • 
• Good Knowledge of Synthetic and Browser Modules of New Relic • Experience in onboarding Applications to New Relic •
• Interact with customers to understand and configure monitoring thresholds, alerts, and policies. • 
• Experience in Creating Dashboards and configuring thresholds in New Relic •
• Should be able to write scripts for new requirements in New Relic (chrome 100) • 
• Good knowledge of configuring and fine-tuning thresholds based on the requirement. • 
• Knowledge of Configuring webhooks in New Relic to Integrate with ITSM tools. • 
• Good Experience in Troubleshooting issues related to New Relic •
• Should have a good understanding of costing involved in New Relic configurations. • 
• Should provide Inputs to integrate New Relic with ITSM applications. Other skills: •
• Good to have worked in a client-facing role earlier. • 
• Able to work independently without any supervision or minimal support. • Good Oral and written communication • Willing to learn New Technologies
