Functional responsibility: The candidate will be responsible for administration of local area network, management and configuration of hardware and software related to LAN administration, Maintaining LAN diagram and monitoring of LAN utilization, configuration /management administration of Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity Server for IP telephony, monitoring utilization of ISDN PRI and BRI lines and internet leased line. Updating and maintenance of updated directory services of IP phones and helping the users through hands-on-training in use of the communication system.
