Project Role:- Software Development Lead/Associate Manager/Technical Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Java technologies.
• Contribute to system architecture and design decisions.
• Document development processes, code changes, and software requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB) and SQL.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
