User Research: Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights about user needs, pain points, and behaviors.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts, and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.

UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring the user experience is simple, effective, and enjoyable.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs align with technical constraints, business objectives, and user needs.

Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs, iterate based on user feedback, and improve the overall user experience.

Design System & Standards: Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring all designs follow established UI/UX standards and best practices.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and new technologies to improve design workflows and practices.

User Journey Mapping: Create and refine user journey maps, personas, and user flows to ensure the product is designed with the user’s needs and goals in mind.

Experience:
- 8 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a related design role.
- Proven experience designing web and mobile applications with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
