Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java and Kotlin.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, backend developers, automotive engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.

• Integrate Android apps with automotive systems using CAN, AIDL, or Android Automotive OS.

• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Debug and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and app crashes.

• Work with version control systems like Git.

• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and automotive standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in Android app development using Java and Kotlin.

• Hands-on experience in the automotive domain, including Android Automotive OS, IVI systems, or connected car technologies.

• Experience working with Android SDK, custom views, services, and broadcast receivers.

• Knowledge of Android UI design principles and best practices.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

• Familiarity with tools like Android Studio, Gradle, and debugging tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AOSP (Android Open Source Project) and system-level development.

• Exposure to CAN, LIN, or other automotive communication protocols.

• Knowledge of security and data protection in automotive environments.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
