Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Account Manager in planning and establishing new connects and maintain accurate customer and opportunity data across SAP LoB’s.
· Coordinate engagement across SAP and Incture teams (LoBs, presales, delivery, TA and DPN teams).
· Identify new connects and opportunities within existing global accounts through digital tools and analytics.
· Support in proposal preparation, customer presentations and deal documentation and provide operational support for RFP’s and communication tracking.
· Track opportunity progression and ensure internal alignment for timely follow-ups and submissions.
· Identify and track SAP Global events - Webinars, Connect with SAP community team to engage in building new connects.
· Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and support actions for continuous improvement.
· Prepare account dashboards, work with internal teams to prepare and update staffing decks.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or related field (MBA preferred).
· 5 to 8 years of experience in pipeline generation, marketing, business development, account management or customer success.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (SAP CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
· Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
· Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
· Passion for digital innovation and SAP technologies.
· Exposure to SAP ecosystem and understanding of cloud transformation journeys preferred.
