Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong technical expertise in ETL processes, proficiency in Informatica and related tools, and a deep understanding of wealth management domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring data integrity, efficient workflows, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements related to wealth management processes.
  • Document functional and technical specifications for ETL workflows and data integration.
• ETL & Data Integration
  • Work closely with ETL developers to design, validate, and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
• Technical Expertise
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance on Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, and other ETL tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
• Data Modeling
  • Design and maintain logical and physical data models for wealth management applications.
  • Ensure models support scalability, performance, and reporting needs.
• Domain Knowledge
  • Apply wealth management concepts (portfolio management, investment products, client onboarding, compliance) to data solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for domain-specific data flows.
• Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as a liaison between business teams, data engineers, and QA teams.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, process flows, and impact analysis reports.
• Other skills:
  • Experienced in all phases of SDLC and Agile based development/delivery
  • Experienced in leveraging relevant tools/solutions like JIRA, Confluence etc. for requirements management
