Job Description
- Experience Range: 10 - 15 years of experience, including hands-on expertise in Java-based application architecture and cloud solutions Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and architect
- t scalable, high-performance Java fullstack applications using microservices architecture to meet business goals and technical requirements 2. Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern microservices-based solutions, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency 3. Develop and implement secure application solutions, including SSO integrations and Azure Active Directory authorization 4. Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define solution design, drive business outcomes, and provide thought leadership on emerging technologies 5. Oversee technical architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices in cloud deployment, database management, and messaging platforms 6. Provide hands-on guidance in the use of development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AI tools to improve productivity and code quality 7. Mentor development teams on Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native practices, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement 8. Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the application stack, identifying gaps and recommending robust solutions Required Skills: 1. Advanced proficiency in Java and Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) 2. Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture 3. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform 4. Strong knowledge of Kafka or equivalent messaging platforms 5. Proficiency in Vaadin, Angular, or React for modern front-end development 6. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub 7. Database expertise in DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle RDBMS 8. Hands-on experience with AI development tools 9. Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration 10. Proficiency with Eclipse or similar code editing environments Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform 2. Expertise in Hibernate ORM framework 3. Hands-on knowledge of security implementations for cloud applications 4. Familiarity with migration strategies from monolithic to microservices architectures 5. Working knowledge of Postgres database systems Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2. Relevant cloud or Java architecture certifications are a plus Additional Information: Location: Bangalore or pune; Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office per week
