Mandatory Skills for TL MCAL

1.Knowledge of minimum 2 modules in MCAL in depth(Chip Development Knowledge for Automotive)

2.TL should be able resolve technical query on Hand for team(Basic understanding of how the drivers work)

Question to be asked during screening:

Do you have DD exp ?(Device Driver Experience, Low Level Experience/Bare Matel Level/Chip set Level)

Do you have exp on MCAL ?(He should have knowledge in Misra C ISO 26262,Aspice)

 Have you worked as device driver config or MCAL configurator ?(Candidate should not be only configurator ,should be hands on drive developer)
