Network and Cloud Security Engineer (NCS/Job/ 3931)

• Design, configure, and maintain F5 BIG-IP LTM, GTM (DNS), and ASM
• Manage and optimize load balancing configurations for high availability and performance
• Implement and maintain WAF policies using F5 ASM, Cloud Armor, and OCI WAF
• Handle SSL certificate lifecycle management, including installation, renewal, and troubleshooting
• Configure and manage GCP Load Balancers (HTTP(S), TCP/SSL Proxy, Internal)
• Implement and maintain Cloud Armor security policies
• Manage OCI Load Balancer and OCI WAF configurations
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for network, application, and security issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application deployments and infrastructure changes
• infrastructure automation is preferred Knowledge of Terraform and Ansible for
• -Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

F5 Technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • F5 BIG-IP LTM
  • F5 GTM / DNS
  • F5 ASM (WAF)
• Experience in:
  • iRules, profiles (TCP/HTTP/SSL), persistence
  • Wide IPs, DNS load balancing, health monitors
  • WAF policy creation, tuning, and optimization

Cloud Platforms

Google Cloud Platform (GCP):

• Experience with:
  • GCP Load Balancing (HTTP(S), TCP/SSL Proxy, Internal LB)
  • Cloud Armor (WAF) – policy creation, DDoS protection, and rate limiting

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI):

• Experience with:
  • OCI Load Balancer
  • OCI WAF

Networking

• Strong understanding of:
  • TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS
  • SSL/TLS protocols
  • Routing & switching (L2/L3 concepts)
  • NAT, firewall fundamentals
• Experience with troubleshooting tools like:
  • tcpdump, Wireshark

Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge

• Understanding of multi-cloud environments (GCP & OCI)
• Knowledge of:
  • High availability architectures
  • Disaster recovery solutions
  • Application delivery and security frameworks

Automation and other Skills

• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus)
• Basic Linux/Unix administration skills
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
