Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of pre-sales professionals, including pre-sales consultants, solution architects, and business analysts.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative pre-sales culture.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement pre-sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- collaborate with executive leadership to define targets, key performance indicators, and growth objectives.
- Client Engagement:
- Engage directly with key clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Lead the creation of customized solutions, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

- Work closely with solution architects and data scientists to ensure the technical feasibility and excellence of proposed solutions.
- Provide technical leadership during client interactions, addressing complex inquiries and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to service delivery
- Establish strong communication channels with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market intelligence.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Gather feedback and insights from client interactions to improve offerings and client satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, requirements, and solutions.
- Provide regular reports on pre-sales activities, performance metrics, and key achievements.
- Training and Development:
- Facilitate training sessions for the pre-sales team on new technologies, industry best practices, and effective sales techniques.
- Support the professional development of team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Analytics, etc.).
Proven experience (3-5 years) in a pre-sales role within the analytics services industry.
Strong understanding of analytics technologies, data science, and business intelligence.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
