- Strong understanding of Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica.
- Experience in Banking/BFSI projects (must‑have).
- Expertise in Project Delivery Management, Fixed Price Delivery, estimation & metrics.
- Strong in Client Management, Communications Management, stakeholder handling.
- Proficiency in Agile, Agile Metrics & Reporting, Backlog Grooming, Requirements/User Stories.
- Ability to Manage Outcome-Based Delivery and high-quality project execution.
- Knowledge of Digital Acumen and modern data/engineering ecosystems.
- Certifications preferred: CSM / PSM I.
- data engineering technologies (Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica) -
- ETL Datawarehouse Technology and MDM Knowledge
- Hands-on Knowledge of one of the technologies is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication skills
