Devops Engineer (NCS/Job/ 1153)

What you will be doing:

· Ensure the highest uptime for customers in our SaaS environment.

· Monitor application health and report application errors, bugs & exceptions

· Adhere to the incident escalation procedure based on the severity.

· Adapt to the changes in the technology and infrastructure utilized within the organization.

What we are looking for from you: Essential:

· Experience with Amazon Web Services Cloud Services Platform.

· Knowledge of Windows Server Administration and Troubleshooting

· Knowledge of Unix/Linux Server OS

· Hands-on on Terraform,Ansible

· Knowledge of Jenkins,Bamboo,CICD

· Good experience on monitoring tools like DD,New Relic

· Scripting knowledge on PowerShell, Regexp, vb scripting, Python...etc.

· Well versed with Docker/ECS Desirable:

o Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.

o Ability to deal with and resolve complex situations in a professional manner.

o AWS Certification will be an added advantage.

o Strong verbal and written communicator.
