Java Fullstack Lead (NCS/Job/ 1135)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of full stack developers across project lifecycle: design, development, deployment, and support.

• Architect and implement complex Java-based microservices and frontend applications using React or Angular.

• Ensure secure application development through JWT, OAuth2, session management, and role-based access controls.

• Oversee the design and integration of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSocket-based services.

• Drive DevOps best practices, including containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation using Jenkins or equivalent tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to define project goals and technical solutions.

• Deploy and manage cloud applications on AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud platforms.

• Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and promote continuous learning.

Required Skills:

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA

• Frontend: React.js or Angular (at least one required)

• APIs & Communication: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets (any)

• Security: JWT, OAuth2, Session Management, RBAC

• Architecture: Microservices-based system design and implementation

• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins

• Cloud: AWS and/or Azure deployment experience

• Leadership: Team management, technical mentorship, agile methodologies
