Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 7 to 10 years of software testing experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools
• Proficient in test management tools and defect tracking systems
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and mobile applications
• Experience with performance testing and security testing
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring QA teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications (ISTQB, PMP, or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies
• Background in development or DevOps
