System Analyst(PAM+RBAC)(NCS/Job/ 1122)

Strong knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Federated Identity Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Authentication Protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos).

Experience in user provisioning & de-provisioning automation

Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and systems integration.

Experience in IT transformation projects involving IDAM.

Technical Knowledge ( Hands on experience)

MFA Policies – Configuring adaptive authentication, conditional access, risk-based authentication.

RBAC Implementation – Designing role-based access structures.

Federated Identity & SSO – Understanding integration of identity providers and service providers across cloud/hybrid environments.

PAM Best Practices – Secure access management for privileged users.

Other Skills and qualities

Ability to engage with business and technology teams to gather and validate requirements.

Can articulate complex IDAM concepts in a simple, business-friendly language.

Clear and concise documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
