UKG Funcational Testing(Kronos)(NCS/Job/ 1175)

UKG Kronos testing involves various types of testing to ensure the workforce management system functions correctly. Some key testing types include:

• Functional Testing: Validates system changes against functional requirements, ensuring the software meets specifications.

• Systems Integration Testing: Ensures interoperability between UKG and other internal/external platforms.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Confirms that end-to-end workflows meet business requirements, often performed by subject matter experts.

• Regression Testing: Ensures that new updates do not negatively impact existing functionalities.

Shift timing: 10 AM - 7:30 PM

Mandatory Skills: The focus of this position is to perform end-to-end tests for Kronos timekeeping, Activity, Device (clock) management, Admin (Setup), WIM or Boomi Integration, People Editor, Payroll and scheduling application.
