Job Title: React.js Technical Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled React.js Technical Lead to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with a strong focus on memory optimization, performance improvements, security best practices, and responsive UI design. Expertise in state management solutions, microfrontend architectures, and a problem-solving mindset are essential for this role. Experience with Angular is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design high-performance, scalable applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Implement advanced state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX, Context API) to optimize application workflows.
• Drive the development and integration of micro frontend architectures for modular and scalable solutions.
• Ensure optimal application performance through memory optimization and performance improvements.
• Apply best practices for security, ensuring robust protection against vulnerabilities and attacks.
• Create and maintain responsive and user-friendly UI designs, ensuring cross-device compatibility.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor development teams, and enforce best practices in coding and architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver seamless solutions.
• Incorporate Angular-based solutions as needed to align with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks.
• Proven track record of implementing memory optimization and performance enhancements.
• Deep understanding of state management and micro frontend architectures.
• Strong knowledge of web security best practices and techniques to secure applications.
• Proficiency in responsive UI design and ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Familiarity with Angular (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong grasp of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with backend integration, APIs, and cloud-based services.
