Senior ServiceNow Developer (Integrations + Platform Expertise)

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive experience with:
   
  • ServiceNow API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Pages/Macros, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Web Services
  • Core modules: Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Discovery, Knowledge
• Strong programming knowledge in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, XML, AJAX, SOAP, REST, Jelly
• Experience with automated discovery tools, MID Server setup, probes, and orchestration
• Experience in integrations using SOAP/REST, JDBC, SFTP
• Hands-on with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, SecOps, Service Bridge Integration

Responsibilities:

• Platform configuration, customization, integration, and upgrades
• Provide production support, troubleshoot platform issues
• Participate in code reviews and documentation
• Ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvements
