- ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with:
- Integrations and REST APIs
- Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Service Portal
- Workspace / UI Builder
- UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Script Actions, Scheduled Jobs, etc
- Knowledge Base Articles
- Catalog and Workflow development
- Experience designing scalable solutions and translating business requirements into technical designs.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow PPM (Project Portfolio Management) module is required.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Playbooks.
- Knowledge of Now Assist and GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow.
