Technical Lead – IFS Cloud FSM
Location: India
Role Overview
The Technical Lead owns technical solution delivery for FSM rollout and enhancements, ensuring robust, secure, and upgrade‑safe implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
- Lead CRIM development, Aurena extensions, and configurations
- Design and implement integrations and reports
- Ensure compliance with IFS Cloud extensibility standards
Team Leadership
- Guide and review work of technical consultants
- Enforce coding, security, and performance standards
Lifecycle Support
- Support upgrades, deployments, and environment management
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
Required Experience & Skills
- 9 to 12 years in IFS technical roles
- Strong expertise in IFS Cloud, Aurena, CRIM
- Certification on IFS Cloud Service Management and PSO
- Integration and reporting experience
- Ability to work closely with solution architects and functional leads
