We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver structured learning programs across full-stack technologies. The role involves training learners on end-to-end application development, including backend, frontend, databases, cloud, and modern engineering practices

• Programming & Backend Development
  • Java fundamentals, OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and advanced Java features
  • Core Java, design patterns, SOLID principles, and modern Java enhancements
• Frameworks & APIs
  • Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, microservices architecture
  • Security (JWT, OAuth, SSO), API gateway, distributed systems concepts
• Frontend Development
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design principles
  • Modern frameworks like React (hooks, routing, state management, testing)

  • SQL & NoSQL concepts (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)

• Mentor trainees and provide technical guidance throughout the training lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business and project requirements
• Monitor and report training effectiveness, completion, and deployment readiness
