Key areas of accountability/responsibility
➢ Flawless Program Launch from Start till SOP
➢ Coordinate with Customers to understand specific requirements and communicate Program Milestones regularly.
➢ Strong Coordination with in Departments to meet APQP targets
➢ Ensure customer satisfaction and very good relations by delivering the products on time
➢ Monitor APQP, Program Profitability targets at all stages and SOP target
➢ Line Trials at MMSKH meeting all customer Quality & Delivery requirements ➢ PSW Sign off
➢ Hand Over from Development to Regular respective Departments (All Depts)
➢ Adherence to IATF 16949 standards
Knowledge and educational level
➢ B. E. (Mechanical / Production / Automobile)
➢ Working Knowledge of MS Office
➢ Working knowledge of MS Project with baseline
➢ Working Knowledge of APQP methodology
➢ Working Knowledge of IATF 16949
➢ Exposure to Sheet metal Part manufacturing, proto manufacturing methodologies and Welding process
