We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with UK Product Management and translate business needs into structured backlog items, ensuring smooth delivery across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with UK Product Management
- Translate and enrich requirements into user stories/backlog items
- Ensure clarity and quality of requirements
- Collaborate with Delivery, Tech, and QA teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Experience Requirement
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Domain experience in Financial Services or Education
Key Expectations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum
- Ability to create clear and structured documentation
Education
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent (Mandatory)
