Java Developer(RARR Job 5234)

Design and develop backend services for inventory management of telecom network elements.
• Implement Java-based services to integrate with OSS systems like Network Configuration, Order Management, and Fulfillment.
• Develop and manage complex object models for physical/logical inventory (e.g., circuits, ports, devices).
• Write clean, maintainable Java code using design patterns relevant to telecom OSS.
• Integrate with databases and ensure data integrity for inventory data.
• Collaborate with domain architects and business analysts to refine requirements.
• Create RESTful APIs for exposing inventory data to upstream systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity and backend performance.
• Strong Core Java skills: OOP, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling.
• Experience in telecom inventory systems or OSS platforms (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker, Cramer, Granite, Telenium, etc.).
• Knowledge of entity modeling for physical/logical network components.
• Proficiency in SQL, JDBC, and working with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience in REST API design and JSON/XML parsing.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks like Spring (Core, Boot, MVC).
• Understanding of OSS/BSS processes such as service provisioning, activation, and asset lifecycle.
•Knowledge of telecom standards like TM Forum SID, TR-069, or MEF models.
•Experience with network discovery tools, GIS data integration, or Topology modeling.
•Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
•Background in Java Messaging (JMS/Kafka) for real-time data processing.
•Familiarity with inventory visualization tools (e.g., ArcGIS, NetViz).
7-10 years of experience in Core Java development with a minimum of 5 years in the telecom sector.
