Java React Lead (RARR Job 5800)

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java (Backend) and React (Frontend). The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, design scalable architectures, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development using Java/Spring Boot and React.js

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications

• Work closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders

• Guide the development team through best practices, coding standards, and design patterns

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship

• Build reusable UI components and backend services

• Integrate frontend and backend through REST APIs

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project milestones

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

• Proven expertise in React.js, Redux/Context API, Hooks, and modern UI development

• Experience in designing scalable backend APIs and frontend architectures

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ES6+

• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
