L3 Tanium Expert (RARR Job 6355)

Role Summary: 

The Level 3 Engineer will have a deep expertise in Tanium administration. This role required advanced troubleshooting skills, the ability to lead and support enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy patch on servers, bundle (OS, DB, Middleware…)
• Patch list management (update, creation)
• Server health checks, troubleshooting
• Adhocreport/dashboard
• Enhanced tag management
• Responsible for managing action and future requests, including automation(playbook)
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Tanium incidents
• Drive improvements in performance and compliance
• Participate in change management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks, in alignment with compliant standards
• Manage and prioritize the future or upcoming requests

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Tanium Core Module (Patch, Deploy, Data, Automate, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Tanium core principles like TDS, Sensors, Action Groups, Client Settings, etc.)
• Dashboarding (Data Analytics & Automation)Familiarity with monitoring, ing, and performance analytics tools.
• Exposure to ITSM processes.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with a focus on uptime and optimization.
