We’re looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Facebook Ads and Insta Ads. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of paid media optimization and can draw insights from data to improve performance across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in digital marketing, with a focus on Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This individual will play a key role in optimizing our digital marketing efforts, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Paid Social Media Advertising
- Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager)
- Manage audience targeting (custom audiences, lookalikes, interest-based, retargeting).
- Monitor performance across devices and placements (Stories, Reels, Feed, etc.).
- Test different bidding strategies (lowest cost, cost cap, ROAS targets).
- Set up and validate pixel events, custom conversions, and UTMs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and new features.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4):
- Proficiently navigate and utilize GA4 to gather insights into user behavior, traffic sources, and overall website performance.
- Create and maintain GA4 custom reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Implement and optimize GA4 event tracking for enhanced data collection.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Should have advanced excel skills
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to drive marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager other analytics platforms, and tools.
- Knowledge of Affiliate Programs and Google ads will be preferred.
