Data ScientistJob Description
- Customer facing Lead role Presales Portfolio head for AI unit
- Thought leader and strategic thinker driving large transformational deals for organization
- Experience in presales advisory client defense presentations and consultancy on DataScience AI and GenAI solutions
- Good knowledge on LLMs Langchain prompts engineering grounding extenions fine tuning and model safety procedures for privacy and security LLMOps for industrializing the fine-tuned models
- Experience in Statistical modeling Machine Learning Deep Learning Data Mining unstructured data analytics in corporate or academic research environments
- Stochastic models Bayesian modeling Classification models Cluster analysis Neural Network nonparametric methods Multivariate statistics Time Series analysis Regression models Deep Learning Experience in NLP NLU NLG.
- Experience in NLP tools such as Word2Vec TextBlob NLTK SpaCy Gensim CoreNLP BERT GloVe etc
- Experience in TensorFlow Tesseract will be an advantage
- Experience in AWS Azure GCP hyper scale implementation
- Good historical programming skills in Python
- Expertise in delivering end to end analytical solutions covering multiple technologies tools to multiple business problems
- Provide thought leadership to CXOs business heads and help them sharpen their business strategy from implementing analytical solutions to evangelize till last mile adoption
- Develop Proof of Concepts working with client stakeholders and mapping their business pain points and problems to Analytics needs and leveraging relevant tools and frameworks
- Understand and manage the expectations from the engagements to build deepen and broaden client relationship
- Improvise new and innovative data assets and drive its adoption to the market
- Drive pursuits for large managed services to own end to end delivery of a large complex Analytics AI led transformation programs b small and nimble business insights initiatives to realize quick gains
- Ability to identify opportunities and provide blueprint for enterprise analytics connecting the overall client organization
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams with analytical or nonanalytical objectives
- Showcase analytical thought leadership at opportune moments as when required
- Partner closely with project managers to deconstruct business problems of the client develop data models and algorithms that deliver meaningful insights
- Critical thinking ability to work in ambiguous situations with unstructured problems
- Excellent presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team
