Project Manager – AEM (Backend) (RARR Job 5781)

Lead and manage AEM implementation projects from initiation to delivery.

Collaborate with technical, design, QA, and client teams to ensure smooth execution.

Understand technical requirements and guide the team using AEM best practices.

Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Ensure high-quality output, adherence to scope, and timely delivery.

Coordinate deployments and release activities.

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Proven experience in Project Management (Agile/Scrum preferred).

Hands-on exposure to AEM projects (developer/lead/PM background).

Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
